I have a unique perspective on the comedy industry, being married to an aspiring comedian. Stand-up comics get out there and share their lives on stage, but not much has been shared by those whose lives are being shared. (Did you catch that?)

Some of the gems you can look forward to in my blog include:

  • What it’s like to have your life uprooted in your mid-30s because your spouse decided to quit his well-paying corporate job to pursue his non-paying dream job
  • How it feels to have very private aspects of your life outed on stage to strangers
  • What life with a comedian is really like*

*Hint: it’s not all fun and laughter.**

**But it does involve a lot of dancing in front of mirrors.
